The General Authority for Competition issued 10 decisions regarding economic concentration requests submitted during June 2025.

According to the Authority’s statement on its official X platform (formerly Twitter) today, these included approval for Almarai Company to acquire 100% of the shares of Al-Nuqaa Beverage Company for Industry.
According to Argaam data, Almarai signed an agreement earlier this month to acquire the entire shareholding of Al-Nuqaa Beverage Company for a total value of SAR 1.04 billion, which will be financed through internal cash flows.
Al-Nuqaa Beverage Company is active in the production of high-quality bottled drinking water in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and owns the Eval and Oska brands.
