Fieravicola will be back in Rimini from 7 to 9 September 2021 with a focus on innovation and internationalisation.
It will host the International Poultry Forum organised in collaboration with the Eurasian Poultry Association. The trade part will include a Retailer Business Lounge for meetings with Italian large-scale retailers and scheduled on-site and online B2B meetings with foreign buyers.

Fieravicola will be back in Rimini from 7 to 9 September for a new edition dedicated to internationalisation. The event has been moved to early September in order to be able to offer the irreplaceable experience of a “traditional” exhibition centred around interpersonal relationships and business contacts.
The industry’s desire to get together in the exhibition halls has persuaded the organisers to postpone the relaunch of this major event, which aspires to be a specialist showcase for the entire production process of the poultry industry, its excellences and the innovative approach that the supply chain has adopted with regard to sustainability, animal welfare and attention to consumer awareness.
The new date chosen also shows that Fieravicola is strategically linked to an event of international standing such as Macfrut, which will be held on the same days at the Rimini Expo Centre, with the aim of establishing a fully-fledged specialist agribusiness hub.

From an international perspective, the target countries selected to create new business opportunities for both technologies and finished goods are Germany, the UK, France, Spain, Denmark and Sweden, as well as Eastern European countries, Russia and North Africa. African countries were actually the focal point of the first international presentation of Fieravicola, which took place in a webinar organised by Cesena Fiera in collaboration with Confindustria Assafrica&Mediterraneo. In the lead up to the event, more presentations will take place abroad, both remotely and on site – if the pandemic situation allows it – according to a schedule prepared with the valuable contribution of the ICE - Italian Trade Agency, which is supporting Fieravicola for the first time.

One of the most important innovations on a global level is the agreement with the Eurasian Poultry Association to hold the International Poultry Forum at the Rimini Expo Centre: this benchmark event for the poultry industry (not only in Russia) has been successfully held for 27 years and will be attended by poultry producers from the 15 associated countries as well as Italian companies.

The trade part will include a Retailer Business Lounge to be set up at the exhibition centre: in this exclusive area, Italian large-scale retailers and distributors will be able to hold pre-arranged meetings with exhibitors. There will also be scheduled B2B meetings with foreign buyers, both on site and online: thanks to the many digital opportunities currently available, poultry exhibitors will have the chance to make new contacts even with participants who are not on the premises.

The 2021 edition will feature an extensive conference programme with a focus on technical meetings and key topics such as animal welfare, sustainability and biosafety. In this way, Fieravicola strives to become an influential event for discussion with insights into issues affecting the entire supply chain and future poultry farming developments.
